What’s going on with your hand, and what would it cost?
Check the symptoms that sound like you. You’ll see the conditions they most often point to, the wide-awake procedure for each, and your price.
This guide is a starting point, not a diagnosis. Many hand problems look alike, and some improve without surgery. We’ll confirm your diagnosis and options at your consultation. Nothing you check here is saved or sent anywhere.

Symptom & cost FAQ
What if I don’t think my symptoms match?
That’s common, and it’s what the office visit is for. We’ll evaluate your hand in the office and discuss whether wide-awake surgery is an option for you.
What if I need more than one finger or procedure done?
When more than one procedure is done in the same visit, the first is charged in full and each additional procedure is 50% of its listed price. Your estimate above shows the combined total.
What if I need both hands done?
We usually do one hand at a time, so your other hand is free for heavier lifting while the first one heals. The other side can be done within a couple of weeks, as its own visit.
Can I use my HSA or FSA card?
Yes. Surgery and office visits are qualified medical expenses, so you can pay with your HSA or FSA card.
Can I use my insurance?
Yes. We accept most major insurance plans for in-office surgery. The prices shown here are cash prices, not insurance prices. Some insurance plans don’t cover procedure supplies, so there may be an additional cost. Supplies range from $100 to $250.
What if Dr. Jackson finds something different during surgery?
That’s rare after a careful exam. If your plan needs to change, we’ll talk with you about it.
